Being a gay man and a deep, deep film lover, I wanted to find a way to clash those two sides of my personality in the form of video or film. With the advent of TikTok dominating the social media landscape, never was it more obvious to me that I could create some passionate, niche content, and it would reach an audience that would want to see that content. With that, for the month of June, for 2022 Pride Month, I shared 30 of my favorite gay and queer films that I felt were either little seen or little valued. I did research, watched many films, and edited down to three minutes my review and analysis of any given film, and the response from that series ended up earning me over 4,300 organic TikTok followers. Below are a few samples of the series.
